Catalog I don’t need – with clothing I can’t afford – arrives – I toss it in the garbage. On a second thought, I retrieve it, take a look – it is filled with brightness and beauty. Suddenly – I understand – only with eyes wide open can I see whatever the world wants to show me.
The lilys are blooming in the yard – which means it’s that time when you can almost taste summer- and there is the slightest hint of the warmth to come, and you know, a corner has been turned. Lilys photographed in my front yard, May, 2012.
